Business customer terms
These Terms of Service apply to business customers that purchase or receive services from Broadlink Networks. Additional written agreements, service orders, provider contracts, statements of work, or project documents may apply to a specific service.
1. Scope of Services
Broadlink Networks provides business technology services that may include network infrastructure, data center and cloud solutions, collaboration and customer experience solutions, cyber security, procurement services, professional services, managed services, project management, financial services coordination, business connectivity, provider sourcing, and contract management.
Broadlink may act as a consultant, reseller, managed services provider, implementation partner, project coordinator, or customer advocate depending on the service ordered.
2. Service Orders and Statements of Work
Services begin when Broadlink accepts a written order, proposal, quote, statement of work, online request, or other mutually accepted authorization. Each order may define pricing, term, renewal rules, installation requirements, support scope, service levels, third-party provider terms, and customer responsibilities.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate site information, technical requirements, contacts, access windows, billing information, and approvals needed to deliver the services.
3. Provider Sourcing and Connectivity Services
For internet, fiber, transport, voice, cloud, data center, and other provider-delivered services, Broadlink may help identify available providers, compare options, coordinate quoting, assist with order placement, and manage contract activity.
When a third-party provider supplies a service, that provider terms, acceptable use policy, tariffs, service guides, or contract documents may apply in addition to Broadlink terms.
4. MDU and Multi-Tenant Property Services
Broadlink may support multi-dwelling units, apartment complexes, office buildings with multiple tenants, commercial properties, and other shared environments by coordinating internet service strategy, provider selection, tenant connectivity workflows, support processes, contract management, and service lifecycle administration.
5. Managed, Professional, and Project Services
Managed services, professional services, and project management services are provided according to the applicable order or statement of work. Customer remains responsible for business decisions, internal approvals, user actions, data backup, licensing, and access controls unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Billing, Payment, Taxes, and Changes
Customer agrees to pay all charges listed in the applicable order, including recurring charges, non-recurring charges, usage charges, taxes, fees, surcharges, shipping, construction charges, early termination charges, and pass-through provider costs where applicable.
7. Acceptable Use
Customer may not use services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activity. Prohibited activity includes network abuse, spam, unauthorized scanning, credential theft, malware distribution, denial-of-service activity, infringement, privacy violations, and attempts to access systems or data without authorization.
8. Warranties, Liability, and Force Majeure
Services are provided using commercially reasonable efforts unless a specific service level or warranty is stated in an applicable order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
